The 18 West Newell Rd Danville, IL 61834 location is an absolute disaster. We thought we'd give them another chance after the last mishap of incorrect orders, rude employees, disgusting conditions and cold food. Today, after sitting ungreeted at the drive-thru window for about six minutes, the lady rudely came over the intercom and asked what we wanted. My fiancee started the order and she's like, "second window" then mumbles something about having to make the whopper so it's going to be awhile. My fiancee said, "what was that?" To which she responded in a tone and much louder, "second window!"We were even done ordering yet. At that point he sped off. Will never go back again until the employees are replaced with decent people actually wanting to do the job they're getting paid for.
