Hi. About 7 years ago, this company location was recommended to me by my sprint car racing brother-in-law, whom we'll call "Bob.". I went in and expected to be denied credit, for good reason (old transplant debt). "Bob" had told me to look at a certain car, but I fell in love with a '96 Saturn SW2 wagon. The salesman indicated that it was a bit more expensive than what "Bob" had asked about but wrote it up anyway and I was approved. I don't normally like power accessories -- more to go wrong -- but this car has been rock solid through 7 years of 20 mi./day commutes. The only thing to go out was the driver door lock button -- until this month when a rear strut finally gave out while hauling band gear. Repairs would be half the car's worth now, so I'm going back there this weekend cash in hand to see what happens, which is how I found this review page. If I get the same service this time as I did last time, I will be extremely satisfied.

NOTE: The ONLY reasons this is not a 5-star review are that I never needed any servicing, and I had a bit of an in through "Bob" -- so I can't speak of service, or the walk-in off the street experience. Everything else? Solid A+. You know what, screw it; 5 stars. That's how it's been for me.
